• Eligibility: Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Exchanges: You can exchange for a different size, color, or product (subject to availability).
• Process: Simply reach out to us on WhatsApp or email with your order details, and our team will guide you through the steps.
• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, discounted articles, and custom-stitched products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return Charges: In case of return/exchange, courier charges may apply unless the item delivered was faulty or incorrect.
